We dispatch all our products by Registered Air Mail
provided by Swiss Post International. We post biweekly on Tuesday and Thursday
so as to insure prompt service. This method of delivery is included in the
price.
We’ve started posting from Dresden, Germany to the EC - - to prevent
delays and extra charges. Please write in Order EU shipping under Comments
if you want to make sure your watch is really shipped from germany and saving
you the VAT and customs.

You can get your watch within 48 Hrs to almost any place on Earth for
an additional $100.00 per order. These orders are completely traceable.

Warranty
We offer a two year warranty on all items purchased during and post 2001.
A one year warranty is offered on all items purchase pre 2001. These warranties
cover only manufacturing faults in the mechanism. Broken glass, dropped
or clearly used watches are not covered. All watches are tested at least
three times before they are sent out to you (factory, distribution, Zurich).
The
3133 chrono-movement has been carefully designed and manufactured to be
an everyday tool. However, rough handling can damage the complex movement.
If these simple rules are
followed your watch with will provide you with years of faithful service.
If
your watch needs repair within the first years of ownership, we will have
it repaired for you by a qualified specialist. The customer is
only responsible for the cost of sending the watch to us. We always recommend
you use an insured form of shipment. Subwave will cover the return postage
costs. Always contact us before returning a watch. Also, always write
" Broken watch - Return; Customs value = 0.00" on the customs
slip. Seal your parcel well so that it does not open in transit.
If
for some reason you manage to damage your out-of- warranty watch, we can
have it repaired in Moscow. This service takes several weeks and costs
around $50.00 plus postage. However, no real watch lover or collector
has ever sent back a "broken" watch thus far..
If
you send it back by courier (DHL, UPS, FedEx etc...) and expect us to
pay (postage, VAT, customs) we will refuse it.
Watch
bands are excluded from this warranty. This warranty does not cover damages
due to misuse or neglect. You can E-mail us at info@subwave.com or write
at the address at the end of this page and receive a copy of this Limited
Warranty.
CAUTION:
NEVER use watches (3 ATM/5 ATM) under water! This includes swimming and
showering - - ALWAYS take it off first! Only the 10 ATM or 20 ATM models with screwed
crowns are absolutely waterproof. Even then, use care and follow the provided
instructions.
